Darcy Pierson is a seasoned leadership and organizational development professional with more than 25 years of experience helping people and organizations grow with clarity, intention, and purpose. Her work is centered on developing leaders, strengthening teams, and guiding organizations through change in a way that is both strategic and deeply people-focused.

Her background includes leadership development, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, learning and development, succession planning, and enterprise change leadership. Darcy is known for her ability to connect business priorities with people strategy, helping organizations build stronger leadership pipelines, healthier cultures, and more effective paths forward.

Over the course of her career, Darcy has served in a broad range of roles within the financial services industry, where she helped lead transformation efforts, support employee growth, and advance leadership effectiveness across the organization. She also brings experience helping organizations foster stronger representation, engagement, and development opportunities.

Darcy holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from the Wisconsin School of Business and an MBA in Organizational Development from Upper Iowa University. She has certifications in Prosci Change Management and Korn Ferry Leadership Architect. Outside of her professional work, Darcy is a mother of two who enjoys skiing, traveling, spending time at her cabin, and serving on boards and volunteer initiatives that support meaningful community impact.
